• The item remains in its original, unused condition and packaging

Received a damaged or faulty item?
We’ll take care of all return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer. Just send us clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging on the same day it’s delivered so we can assist you promptly.
